On March 5, 2016, at Pflugerville High School, Nneka Enemkpali will host the First Annual Nneka Enemkpali Basketball Academy. The camp is designed to use basketball as a vehicle to unite and empower young girls from different backgrounds and educate them about the fundamentals of leadership, teamwork, tenacity, discipline, and work ethic. Staffed by a group of elite coaches, the Nneka Enemkpali Basketball Academy will assist campers with skill development and provide them with tactical offense and defense instruction. Campers will also have the opportunity to enhance their skills as they scrimmage with one another. Finally, campers will be able to unite globally with African women as they make bracelets for Hope4Girls Africa, an organization that empowers young African girls through basketball. The Nneka Enemkpali Basketball Academy is a charitable event and all proceeds will be used to support Hope4Girls Africa.
